Kolbi Neal hails from Dothan, Alabama. Following frequent locations, he found a home in the Fayette County School District, and graduated from high school with honors, at Sandy Creek. Upon graduating, he attended Columbus State University where he got his Bachelors in Marketing. Mr. Neal now assists Mrs. Dunlap with criminal relief matters.

In his downtime he enjoys doing community service, attending sports events and spending quality time with family and friends
