Raymond Lakes hails from Columbia, Georgia. Having graduated from Smith Station High School, he went on to earn his Finance degree at Auburn University. Mr Lakes is the lead case manager for the Second Chance Criminal Relief Program, working with attorney, Jennifer Dunlap, as well as assisting in Criminal Law, and estate planning. 

When he’s not fighting for people’s rights, Mr Lakes enjoys playing golf and attending sporting events with friends and family.
